It was the best offbeat tent stay we had. The place was quiet, serene , peaceful and lush green with beautiful cozy vibes. Its location was isolated with no noise and rush which made it a perfect place to escape the hustle bustle of the city life. The tent was super clean,aesthetic loaded with all amenities like heater,fan , table etc . We played all available games there like chess, ludo, cards, snake ladder, which was worth playing in such a great location with my partner. Great panoramic view took our breath away of both day and night.Had the most peaceful sleep here.Saviour food prepared by caretaker and taking care of all basic needs made our stay pleasantly smooth .I highly recommend this stay as by reaching here we had to extend one night extra as we felt so amazing here. ~ Shubham V

Awesome stay. I advice this over the stays in low lying areas if you have a mid-size group with you. The camp is surrounded by lush greenery and the peaks are very accessible from there, you can take a stroll around the place/light a campfire and have a good chat with your folks. There are 2 roads to reach this place, please take the one via Bheemtal. The other one had some really beautiful villages and scenery as well but was very dangerous at places and every other turn was a hairpin; you won't be riding uphill on that one if you aren't experienced. BUT, on the other hand the road via Bheemtal is absolute bliss! Great view throughout around a little before noon. The staff is cool and the camp is well maintained. ~ Aditya P

Pushkar's full-day excursion to Bhimtal, Navkutiatal, and Sattal complete with kayaking adventures, followed by a delicious lunch, added an enriching touch to the experience. Had an absolutely amazing stay at Dug Dug Camps! The property is beautiful, peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was genuinely great and we really enjoyed all our meals there. A special mention to our caretakers/hosts, who were exceptionally amazing. They were so warm, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay and really made the experience special. We were also travelling with our dog and they were fantastic with him. It's honestly such a relief to find a place where you and your pet are both genuinely welcomed and cared for. 🐶❤️ Overall, amazing hospitality, great food, beautiful surroundings and a wonderful experience. Dug Dug Camps is a fabulous stay for folks looking for a quite place in the lap of nature, above the clouds with tranquility. Host (Shubham) is really supportive and was always available at one call, he offered us with delicious snacks and meals throughout our stay. Please don’t expect luxurious rooms and services. The location is isolated and hence offer decent, comfortable and clan rooms, its the prefect location if you choose nature above a luxury hotel stay. Limitation: The last mile road is not recommended for low ground clearance cars or sedan, also the place is not recommended for small children or senior citizens considering the limited availability of resources. ~ Nomaan M

I've had an unforgettable experience at Dug Dug Camps, one that will make me come back to it over and over again. The camp is located on a serene mountain front and the property provides many little nooks to sit and meditate or even just enjoy the space and energy there. The tents all have a great view and the insides have been really very tastefully curated. The caretakers, Raju da, Shubham, Pushkar are all very respectful and take full responsibility for your time there with so much warmth and care. I enjoyed most of all the food from the cafe, although they have a wide variety, it's simple and homely local Kumaoni food. Anuj has done a fantastic job with the place. Kudos to the team! ~ Zoya R

Best place to connect with nature, the location is awesome with the landscape view of Bhimtal/naukuchia tal. Away from the hustle bhasad. Breathtaking view of the stars at night and sleeping under them was amaziiiiiing. Thanks Anuj and team (specially Raju Da), we had an amazing time. Highly recommended for people who wants to find themselves and be at peace. The camp was well maintained, hygienic and spacious. So we went to DugDug with our fam and a tiny little pet dog. And this, by far, service wise, quality of everything around me, has been the best. Great food( and by that I mean awesome food ),super great , super friendly staff, very supportive. About the place, it's a very easily accessible, great views, great amenities, private sort of a setup. Must try, must must must visit with family, friends, and even pets. We booked the place randomly and once we reached we were sure we took the right call. The place was beautiful. It was so peaceful and tranquil even words can't express. Cherry on the cake was the hospitality. The staff over there is always ready to help you and cater to any needs with a smiling face. It was one the best experiences we had. Great place to go for vacation. If you want nature, peace and place from out of crowd I would really recommend this place to stay. Also it has bit of adventures road(you will get it what I mean once you go there). This camp has amazing view from mountain top and you will get good hospitality. Amazing stay, one of the best locations and the most comfortable stay. Everything was very clean, the food was ah-maze-ing, must have their Maggi, we ordered it so many times, the cook even took our order at 11:30pm even though the kitchen was closed, very sweet people.
